VIP Suite Representative

Originally I was hired to work ticketing for IMG, but after a serious recommendation from the Art Basel camp, I was upgraded to VIP Suite Representative for IMG World.
My role changed about a week before the event, relying on my adaptability and expertise to familiarize myself with the team and my responsibilities throughout the upcoming weeks.
My time as VIP Suite Representative was evenly split between providing excellent hospitality + service for our VVIP/VIP guests, as well as seamless communication with our event managers, brand representatives + executives.
